How do I book Snap Happens?

Simply complete our Booking Inquiry Form. We'll confirm availability, answer any questions, and send you a customized quote.

Is my date reserved once I submit the inquiry?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Your date is officially reserved only after your service agreement has been signed and your retainer has been received.

How much is the retainer?

Accepted Answer

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event. Your date is officially secured once the signed agreement and retainer are received.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Las Vegas Valley. Travel is included within our standard service area (generally within 20 miles of Southern Highlands). Events outside this area may incur a travel fee, which will always be discussed before booking.

We typically arrive about 60-90 minutes before your rental begins to ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.

Yes! Guests can receive their photos immediately through digital sharing options available during the event.

Will I receive all of the photos?

Yes, as long as the setup area is flat, dry, and fully protected from rain, wind, direct sunlight, and extreme weather.We will also need access to a standard power outlet.
